TahoeChamber strives to bring the best opportunities to the local business community to help them further educate themselves on topics such as business development, tax law, health care reform, the economy and more.  Our partnerships across the region give us access to some of the best speakers and facilitators in the business.  We want those speakers to come to you, to give you the same access to training and development that those big city businesses have!  Keep an eye on our Events Calendar for updates on workshops and seminars currently offered.

Annual Tourism Forum

Each year, TahoeChamber, the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and the South Tahoe Alliance of Resorts partner together to bring you the most current information and trends in the wild world of tourism.  Generally scheduled at the start of each spring, the Tourism Forum is sure to keep you and your business up to date on what to expect during the upcoming tourist season.

Luncheons & Forums

These luncheons and forums address pressing topics in our community and are scheduled as needed.  Past luncheon topics have included ADA Compliance, Yelp Reviews, TripAdvisor, and the State of the Economy.

Tech Tuesdays

The first Tuesday of every month is the Tech Tuesday workshop series.  These one and half hour workshops will keep you in tune with trends and new developments in the tech world.  From social media, online marketing, and e-commerce to smartphone management; every Tech Tuesday session has a different topic to offer. 

CA$H Mob Mondays

Over the course of the year we select member businesses to get “mobbed”.   These locations remain a mystery right up until a couple days before or maybe even a couple hours before the mob takes place.  Once the location and time has been announced chamber members and friends will flock to the secret location to spend some money, in-turn supporting a local business and directly contributing to our economy.  Cash mobs can pop up at any of our member businesses! Keep an eye on our Facebook page so you can join the next mob!
