Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care Celebrates 40 years!
Last month, Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care turned 40-years old and they are going to have a celebration THIS Sunday, May 20, at Revive Coffee and Wine (3135 Harrison Ave., SLT, one block south of the Lakeview Commons) from 2-5 p.m. The presentation ceremony will commence at 4 p.m., acknowledging various people and agencies who have worked with LTWC as well as receiving proclamations from the City of South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, the State of California and from the U. S. House of Representatives.
ALL of our past board members have been invited to attend and we will have renderings of our new facility with an update as to “Where we are now”!
There is no charge and the public is invited to attend. We will be selling food, wine (a portion donated by Soquel Vineyards), beer (donated by AleWorX), soft drinks and water as well as LTWC retail items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, polo shirts, etc.).
