The Tahoe Chamber’s Level UP Workshop series, which brings expert presenters and hot button topics to the South Shore business community, returns October 17 with “E-Commerce for Small Businesses.”

E-commerce—sales done online—represented 10% of all sales in the United States in 2017 and that number is expected to grow 15% annually. South Shore businesses can get ahead of the curve and learn how to sell and market their products online in today’s fast-paced digital world by attending this interactive workshop, presented as a webinar by Veronika Monnell.

Workshop topics covered will include identifying ideal customers, managing the e-commerce store and selling on different online platforms. This workshop is hosted from 12-1:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Chamber’s conference room, 169 US Hwy. 50 in Stateline. Admission is $10 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members.

Monnell, the workshop facilitator, is the owner of JumpStartNOW, a consulting firm that helps businesses who are stuck in the myriad of complexities and details relating to establishing and launching their products or services and ‘jumpstarts’ their strategy with an intensely focused and collaborative approach. Before owning her own consulting firm, Veronika started her career in video gaming where she helped transition the publishing company from physical goods to the digital world.
