Palisade Building is a commercial office building with individual offices (some with lake views) for lease with 2 conference rooms available for tenant use. The building underwent a complete renovation and reopened July 2018. The contemporary building features: Each office has its own keyless security lock, high speed fiber optic and all utilities included, two conference rooms, digital directory, secured building with video surveillance and keyless entry, handicap access, 24 hour access.
Please note that parking at this location is limited and reserved for current tenants. Overflow parking for the event will be available at Wally’s Huddle: 611 US-50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448

We have only two remaining offices available. $500.00 signing bonus to Chamber members who mention this post and results in signed lease (minimum 14 month lease, no other referral/realtor affiliation). We have two remaining offices available.
Do you have anything else you’d like to share?
We are proud of the various professional tenants that lease at Palisade Building. Our tenants range from developers to bookkeepers and our anchor tenant is Palisade Investments, LLC. We are very proud to be affiliated with our newest tenant, Lake Tahoe Humane Society. As you may know they underwent a very difficult year and we are very pleased to be donating office space to this extraordinary community resource so that their selfless volunteer board members can continue their good work.
