The Tahoe Chamber Government Affairs Committee is committed to reviewing, developing and taking a position on issues that promote economic vitality, with sensitivity and respect for our community and environment. Our purpose is to advocate for reasonable regulations, plans and public policies that align with the adopted vision of Tahoe Chamber and our South Shore business community.
Tahoe Chamber represents CA and NV businesses on legislation, regulations and issues that affect their bottom line and ability to conduct business. We maintain relationships with elected officials on both sides of the state line at all levels of government and ensure that our CEO, Board or staff member are at all pertinent meetings to represent your interests.
Tahoe Chamber regularly communicates and partners with other organizations in order to gather the necessary facts to provide our membership with the benefit of accurate information for basing decisions upon.
