June 12, 2019 (South Lake Tahoe, Calif./Nev.) The South Shore business community is invited to attend the Tahoe Chamber’s Level UP Workshop: How to Build and Deliver a Winning Pitch on June 19 from 12-1:30 p.m. This workshop will explore how to plan, prepare, and tailor your pitch to find new investors, land new customers, or find a partner.

An efficient sales pitch is critical in today’s busy business world where ideas are complex and time is short. The workshop will cover four key aspects of a pitch, including the purpose of the pitch, building the pitch, creating the pitch deck, and the delivery. Emphasis will be placed on crafting an appropriate message and layout, as well as the importance of a follow up. Entrepreneurs, business owners, and sales professionals will benefit from this educational and interactive workshop.

Matt Westfield, the founder and director of the Entrepreneurs Assembly, will facilitate the workshop. Westfield has been a serial entrepreneur since he was a kid, and has founded businesses in many sectors, including software, horticulture, and graphics, along with 3 non-profits. He’s consulted for over 20 years on business plan and marketing strategies, with a focus on growth businesses.

Level UP Workshops are $10 for chamber members and $20 for non-members and are held at the Tahoe Chamber offices (169 HWY 50, Stateline, NV 89449). To register for this workshop, visit www.tahoechamber.org.
