Tahoe Chamber salutes the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe for its 30 years of service to working families and our community.

The Angel of Tahoe, Lisa Maloff, joined with club board members past and present, staff, and children to celebrate the occasion with a combined summer and birthday party Friday, July 30th.

“The Club has risen to many challenges over its history and the past 18 months have shown just how vital the Club is for our children and the community,” said Executive Director Jude Wood.

Over the course of the course of the pandemic, the Club was resolute in its commitment to its members and working families, providing over 600 hours of online school support, over 15,000 free meals and over 21,000 hours of childcare.

“Tahoe Chamber also salutes the members of our organization and the many others who have donated to the Club’s building fund,” said CEO Steve Teshara.
