The next community open house is set for Tuesday evening, August 27 as work continues to shape the Main Street Management Plan for the US Highway 50 South Shore Community Revitalization Project.

Your voice is vital to the process of redesigning that segment of existing US 50 between Pioneer Trail and the eastern edge of the casino core at Lake Parkway into a pedestrian and bicycle oriented main street. The open house will feature the display of options for street and bike lane configurations, parking, transit service, wayfinding signage, and community space.

Community members will have the opportunity to provide their input on the displays and ask questions from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Tallac Room at the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel, 4130 Lake Tahoe Boulevard.
