RAH Hair Studio is an everyday salon and a wedding hair and makeup business that has served the South Shore community for 10 years. Now moving into a newly built salon located at The Crossing at Tahoe Valley, a grand opening party is being planned for the 18th of May.

What type of business do you represent and how long have you been in business?

RAH Hair studio. We have been open 10 years. We have an every day salon and also an established wedding hair and makeup business. We just finished building our new salon location at The Crossing at Tahoe valley next to Verde!

Tell us more about what products and services your business offers. Is there anything people might not be aware you offer?

We offer all hair services from cuts and color to extensions. We do all wedding and special event hair and makeup and will have blow dry bar weekends. We sell eco friendly products and Haircolor that is by Kevin Murphy. We sell all tools and flat irons, halo couture extensions, farmhouse fresh products, wink CBD spa line, a men’s line and surface products and Morrocan oil.

Tell us about any current/upcoming events, promotions, or unique deals happening at your organization.

We plan to have our grand opening party the weekend of May 18th, 2019.

Why did you choose to join the Tahoe Chamber?

We are a community business supporting 15 local stylists with jobs, 2 front desk and 1 wedding coordinator. Community means everything to us!  We think being part of the chamber will help us learn and grow!

Is there anything else you would like to share with us to be featured in the Member Spotlight?

I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe. I grew up dancing in this community, and then went on to teach dance at the Marcia Sarosik dance studio. I have been involved in Camp Buck and am a board member of the Nevada diabetes association. Every year I put on a fundraiser an adult prom “Bubbles and Bow ties” where I donate every cent to type 1 diabetic children’s camp. I have worked so hard for my new salon and I hope that our clients, Brides and talented stylists enjoy the new space.
