What type of business do you represent and how long have you been in business?

Benson & Bingham is a law firm that solely practices injury, accident and workers’ compensation law. Our legal services are geared towards individuals, not businesses, who have been injured due to the negligence of another entity. The law firm has four locations throughout the State of Nevada.

Tell us more about what products and services your business offers. Is there anything people might not be aware you offer?

Benson & Bingham provides legal services for individual injured in an accident, at work or from a defective product or good. Besides litigating a case, the firm can provide assistance with insurance claims, repair shops, and doctor appointments as well as assistance in filing workers’ compensation, unemployment, disability or other paperwork relating to your claim.

Tell us about any current/upcoming events, promotions, or unique deals happening at your organization.

For the months of April and May, Benson & Bingham are spreading kindness and goodwill with our Golden Horseshows initiative. The firm is collecting shoes to donate to those in need. If you would like to be a part of our initiative, contact us at info@bensonbingham.com.

Why did you choose to join the Tahoe Chamber?

Our firm understands the importance of building local trust in the communities we practice our services and consequently joined the Tahoe Chamber. Ben Bingham resides in Incline Village and his partner Joseph Benson grew up in Lake Tahoe and Reno.

Is there anything else you would like to share with us to be featured in the Member Spotlight?

Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC strives to make each client happy. Obviously, we cannot guarantee results of a case, but we can strive to achieve your happiness with respect to the fees at the end of a case. If you do not feel we earned our fee, if it is justified, we will make the necessary reductions in fees to make things fair so to ensure satisfaction for our clients.
