Courage To Thrive:
Courageous Leadership for Complex Times

NOVEMBER 2,2022

WELCOME BACK to our second year of Women in Leadership (WinL) programming!

Our current WinL theme is THRIVE.  Providing value-based, professional development and change, we can take flight and THRIVE. Attendees of this years’ programming will share experiences, learn from speakers and peers, and build a professional network of likeminded women leaders. With specific focus on the challenges, needs and opportunities unique to women leaders, attendees will be provided with tools to enhance their roles as leaders. THRIVE will offer attendees fresh perspectives and new insight into who they want to be professionally and personally.

This two-part course will begin with the Courage to Invest in Your Own Sustainability. We’ll dive into well-being theory to provide participants with an evidence-based framework for healthy striving. Following part one, we’ll look at Supportive Practices to Thrive addressing real issues like saying no, setting boundaries, and finding the courage to identify what you want vs. waiting to see what you can have. Walk away braver, bolder, and freer.

Leadership Lessons in the Keys of Life

Leaders are made not born.  We all have a leadership story full of major life events, highlights, low points and forks in the road.  It is these vital experiences that make us uniquely who we are as leaders.  At the same time, music is the “Universal Language of Mankind”.   It’s the great uniter amongst people and uniting is an essential skill set of a great leader.

In this fun and interactive session, you will develop the playlist of music that tells the story of your remarkable life and has influenced you as a leader.  Walk away with another tool in your kit to use in describing what makes you fabulous.  You will hone in on your leadership style and further refine your brand and superpower.  Along the way you will share with other remarkable women and leave with adding some new sheros to your network and community…all united through the power of song.
