What business do you represent and how long have you been in business?
Established in 1983, Golden Sierra Job Training Agency is part of a national workforce development system that promotes regional prosperity.
Tell us more about what products and services your business offers. Is there anything people may not be aware you offer?
The agency offers no-cost business services such as hiring assistance and wage reimbursement. We help employers at every stage of the business cycle. If you’re hiring, we’ll post your job announcement and send qualified candidates for you to interview. If you’re downsizing, we’ll help you avert layoffs with skill upgrading and re-training. If you’re working with a new hire, we’ll reimburse you a portion of the employee’s wages during the training period. We also have a paid internship program for businesses interested in training the next generation of workers.
