Financial agility and resiliency are fundamental characteristics that challenged many business owners and CFOs at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and until now. 

This webinar will highlight fundamental steps in keeping up with accounting and financial management:

  • Budgets and cash flow modeling – utilizing strategy-based budgets to meet the goals of the organizations and help determine the actions necessary to meet those goals
