The Pacific Development Group, in partnership with St. Joseph Community Land Trust, Community Revitalization & Development Corporation, and Bucky Fong; purchased the property and completed an extensive rehabilitation program while retaining affordability for existing and future residents for years to come.
Through a very hands-on design phase with the architect, energy consultant, general contractor, TRPA, and the City of South Lake Tahoe, the development team focused on complementing the natural beauty of South Lake Tahoe by using a variety of energy efficient and environmentally-sensitive measures to create a healthier environment for residents and to help “Keep Tahoe Blue.”

What type of business do you represent and how long have you been in business?
Pacific Development Group represents Real estate development. We have been in business since 2009, however, our principals’ prior corporation, PAM Incorporated was originally established in 1969.
Tell us more about what products and services your business offers. Is there anything people may not be aware you offer?
PDG has a comprehensive experience in all phases of construction including apartments, residential housing, senior and commercial projects. The construction focus is on innovative and intelligent new products, materials and systems to create quality spaces built around comfort, energy/resource efficiency, and sustainability all while being on time and on budget. We just finished the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Sierra Garden Apartments in South Lake Tahoe. We will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony this month.
